Most orders are to be shipped within one business after payment is received. If your order contains back-ordered items, we will strive to provide the best-estimated ship date, cancel the order in request of the buyer or give options for different color/style/model cases that are in stock. We also reserve the right to refund any back ordered items.
The daily shipping cutoff is 4:00 PM EST.
International orders are subject applicable customs, duties, brokerage fees, and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that many products’ warranties do not provide coverage outside the US. We reserve the right not to ship to the country in question for risk of deliverability and/or other issues.

All Modes Wireless products purchased on clearance, and that have been discontinued, must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date
You will be required to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us to obtain an RA number.
